Acceptance

By using parteco.in you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Platform role

Parteco (operated by Kesho Virtual Market) is a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and verified sellers. For store-fulfilled orders, the respective store is responsible for product quality and dispatch.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud.

Orders and payment

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay. Parteco does not store payment credentials.

GST invoicing

GST-compliant invoices are generated for all paid orders. GSTIN: 06AXAPV8838J1ZU.

Returns and refunds

Raise a support ticket within 7 days of delivery for return requests. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Prohibited use

You may not use Parteco to list counterfeit or stolen parts, manipulate pricing, abuse the requirement-post system, or conduct any activity violating Indian law.

Limitation of liability

Parteco is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use, product defects or delivery delays beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
