Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

Parteco offers refunds on eligible product orders. The ₹1 registration verification charge and subscription fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund
  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Item is damaged, defective or not working on arrival
  • Item is missing parts or accessories as described
  • Item is counterfeit or significantly not as described

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return
  1. Log in → Orders → select the order → Raise Return Request
  2. Select reason and upload a photo of the item
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours
Refund Timeline

Once a return is approved and the item is received: refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. In some cases, refund may be credited to your Parteco wallet for faster resolution.

Non-Refundable
  • ₹1 one-time registration verification charge
  • Subscription plan fees
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
  • Electrical parts that have been installed and tested
  • Items returned without original packaging
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the return process applies. Contact support immediately to cancel.
