Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
Parteco offers refunds on eligible product orders. The ₹1 registration verification charge and subscription fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refund
- Item received is different from what was ordered
- Item is damaged, defective or not working on arrival
- Item is missing parts or accessories as described
- Item is counterfeit or significantly not as described
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Log in → Orders → select the order → Raise Return Request
- Select reason and upload a photo of the item
- Our team will respond within 24 hours
Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and the item is received: refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. In some cases, refund may be credited to your Parteco wallet for faster resolution.
Non-Refundable
- ₹1 one-time registration verification charge
- Subscription plan fees
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
- Electrical parts that have been installed and tested
- Items returned without original packaging
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the return process applies. Contact support immediately to cancel.
