What data we collect

We collect your name, mobile number, email, shipping address and order history when you register or purchase. Standard server log data (IP, browser, pages visited) is also collected.

How we use it

Your data is used to process orders, generate GST invoices, send OTP verifications, deliver purchases and improve Parteco. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

SMS and OTP

OTPs and order updates are sent via SMS. Your mobile number is used solely for authentication and order communications.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Parteco does not store card numbers, CVV or UPI credentials. See Razorpay's privacy policy for their data handling.

Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain login state and cart. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

Data retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Order records and GST invoices are retained for 8 years as required under Indian GST law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@parteco.in. We will respond within 30 days.
