Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

Parteco accepts all payment methods via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway:

• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and all UPI apps)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money)
• EMI on eligible cards for orders above ₹3,000

₹1 One-Time Account Verification

A one-time non-refundable ₹1 charge is collected at account registration to confirm your payment method is active and valid. This is separate from any product purchase or subscription.

Subscription Plan Payments

Paid plan upgrades are charged in two steps: (1) ₹1 card verification, then (2) the full plan amount immediately after. Subscriptions are non-recurring by default — you will not be charged automatically unless auto-renewal is enabled.

Product Payments

All product prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Payment is collected in full at order placement. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.

GST Invoicing

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every paid order. Seller GSTIN: 06AXAPV8838J1ZU. Intra-state orders (Haryana) apply CGST + SGST. Inter-state orders apply IGST based on HSN code.

Payment Security

All payments are processed by Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. Parteco does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or any payment credentials. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, no amount is debited. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. Contact info@parteco.in for any payment issue.

Currency

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). International payments are not currently supported.
